Really enjoyed the facilities and restaurants.

Some of the staff seemed new, may have been temporarily put on for Independence day. So sometimes the service was a little below expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at CAT BA! The hotel’s location was fantastic, and our room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We really enjoyed the food, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach next to the hotel was peaceful and serene, making our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

The only aspect that could be improved is the half-board meal option. Since it was a set menu (the same for lunch and dinner) and mandatory for two people, my brother and I couldn’t choose different meals and always had to agree on the same dish. It would be great if each guest could select their own meal. Please consider reviewing this for future guests.

The property is in a beautiful location with its own beach. Has many swimming pools and bars. Food was first class. Staff were friendly. Also has a gym and games room.

It was beautiful, amazing pools, the room was large and spacious and had a wonderful view. The staff were friendly and very welcoming and helpful.

Nothing we loved everything

Good breakfast buffet with plenty of options. Great view from the balcony. Nice to have the option of two pools. Spa treatment was lovely. Good location walking distance from town. Gym was well appointed although we didn't use it as we went hiking in the national park instead.

The breakfast buffet seating is less than ideal, with too many long tables and not enough small tables for couples who seem to make up the majority of guests at the hotel.

I loved every minute in this place. Definitely a “stay in the hotel” place. Have everything you need, comfortable rooms and we had such a nice view. Pools are amazing, staff top, FOOD was AMAZING. We had a seafood buffet on the Saturday we stayed there and it was wonderful. The beach right by the hotel had fun waves and my partner loved having a swim there. Would 1000% recommend to stay here.
