Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of VND 1000000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Room rate is included compulsory dinner for 2 persons per room (food only), as follow dates: - Gala dinner on New Year Eve 31st Dec 2024 - Buffet dinner on 30th Apr 2024 & 02nd Sep 2024 – Buffet dinner on every Saturday from 15th May 2024 to 31st Aug 2024 at Indochine Kitchen, price is for per person. Surcharge for extra persons from 5 yrs will be applied as hotel policy and paid separately upon arrival. Saturday seafood buffet starts from 15/05-02/09. Surcharge for children from 5 to under 12 years at VND 210,000++ (Breakfast), VND 650,000++ (Gala dinner on New Year Eve) & VND 550,000++ (Buffet dinner), per kid per meal (food only), paid at hotel upon arrival.

Fantastic hotel! Extraordinary! Felt pampered all the time, big beautiful rooms with amazing view. Gorgeous pools and beach. Very good Spa, delicious breakfast. Excellent in every aspect

The personnel was very helpful. There was a wide choice of food for breakfast (from local cuisine to typical European meals), and the pho was really good. The room was clean, had a great view on the beach. The price included usage of sunbeds on a nearby beach. We had a lovely, quiet, and peaceful stay, which was exactly what we needed.

The property it self was beautiful, however this was the least favourite hotel from the 6 places I stayed. The staff were rude and unhelpful compared to other accommodation in Vietnam which were just amazing. The “chairman and his daughter are disgusting.” There is a private beach right next to the hotel and the daughter wanted 1,000,000.00 vnd to use the chair. However it is stated that this is included in the stay. This is the biggest pocket skimming I have ever seen. Accor group really should do something about the people that run this beautiful hotel. Unfortunately they know there is not much competition on cat ba island so they really don’t care.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms with amazing view. Also the food is great

Terrible staff especially the receptionists. The worst service i had in Vietnam. A 10 hotels gets only 7 for its staff

"Lovely trip to Cat ba"

Gorgeous hotel in an amazing location in cat ba. We had a great time here and enjoyed the big room with a balcony, view of lan ha bay and beach next door. Close to the town to walk in and out when it’s cooler

everything! perfectly situated just outside of the town with beautiful scenery and beach 2 mins walk away. the hotel was absolutely beautiful and the room was amazing with the most incredible views. the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and helped us organise a couple of trips. overall I wouldn’t change a thing and would highly recommend it
