Hotel Paraíso Encantado

Excellent location in the forest , friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Nestled in the forest away from the town. Great to sleep hearing th birds and insects.

The restaurant. Had dinner at the restaurant and it was not good. Next morning for breakfast we had tamales from a street vendor instead (they were great!). The owner at the restaurant denied us water, wanted money to fill our water bottles!!!!!!! Had never been denied water as a guest in a hotel.

Fantastic location for visiting the Edward James gardens with secure flat parking for our motorbikes.

Good locations, food in restaurant was good and the staff was really helpful.

Our room was on the top of the hotel and it was a lot of stairs to get there. Also the shower was super hot or super cold, no in between as if you open the hot and the open the cold, the hot one would just go off and stay cold even if the cold handle was turned off.

The facility was very nice. It is clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and the bed was small but comfortable. The WiFi was good.

We would not go back due to the stairs. There were 67 stairs up to our room. Half of the stairs were uneven cobblestone with no banister or railings. Far too many stairs and too dangerous for this older couple.

Amazing rest waking up to great energy and nature

Excellent location and relatively late checkout. Nice Mexican design of the hotel and amenities in the middle of a lot of trees and plants. The room was clean and water pressure good.

Very simple breakfast and limited menu options in the restaurant (no credit card payment was possible) require to leave the hotel. There are much better options close by. Very expensive for the relatively simple comfort.

The room was clean and I loved the wood smell. The room was Bromelias.

There was not an iron or hair blower. I killed 3 small spiders. The shower handles are not labeled.

The beds were super comfortable. A very good hotel for it’s value
