Hotel Paraíso Encantado

El hotel está muy bonito y tranquilo. Las personas que trabajan ahí todos fueron muy amables

The location for what we had planned was perfect. The pool was nice and refreshing.

The back of my room backed up to an ugly view but we were not planning on staying in the room anyway except for sleeping.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a vibrant green setting with onsite restaurant. The pool was too cold to use and the sound of birds was amazing although not if you plan to sleep in without ear plugs:) Love the little patio

Nothing really small suggestion would be to have stronger coffee and the pool wasn't really usable as it was so cold but I think it was more designed for summer

Perfect location to the garden of Edward James - only 10mins walking! To town it’s a bit longer (35mins) but the walk is beautiful! The beds are comfortable, it was clean and quiet.

The place has a great potential but it needs also good management and hands that can fix many things. It is the closest place to Edward James garden.

The personnell at the reception is looking all the time in phone. This place does not know a word hospitality. Airconditioner did not work and we had completely wet floor from humidity. There are no chairs in order to sit outside on the balcony near the room. Room was not pleasant, we did not have window.

the place is pretty interesting, I really liked the decoration for the room. quite a surreal place just to be in Xilitla.

My girlfriend heard steps in the corridor all night and there were dogs barking, so she thought that place was haunted of full of magical creatures.

Great location in walking distance of the gardens. About 10 minutes drive to town. Parking onsite and restaurant was good for breakfast with good service. The room had a great view and nice balcony.

When we arrived in our room, there was no toilet paper and the hand towel was wet and used and had holes in it. We had to ask for the TP. The door had a huge gap underneath. Note there are many stairs on the property which is fine for us, but may not work for some.
