The Bull Hotel

The room was musty, had a bad smell, carpets and bathroom floors dirty. All the tables in the restaurant had a reserve sign despite being late and empty. Bartender unfriendly. Disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend.

Lovely property. Room needed a bit of tlc (bathroom paint peeling in several places) but was clean

The staffs were excellent. All of them. The restaurant and the building had a great history. Room was big and spacious. Toilet was clean. I had issues with my kettle which had limescale in it. Overall very satisfied.

Food and service was really nice. Stayed in room 9 would avoid due to lack of privacy. Toilet window opens out into the bin store. Heavy duty light in bedroom low hanging kept hitting head as at bottom of bed en route to toilet. My wife would not like theres no seating at a vanity mirror.

Lovely old building, quirky, clean, very pleasant staff. Food delicious.

This was the worst hotel we stayed among 9 hotels in this area. We chose because of reviews. Coffee machine was not clean. Cheap shampoo and soap. Smelly room. Next door is laundry room. Few choices of food. Difficult access from major roads. Soft bed. So on. I stayed a sweet, but experienced poor quality motel.
