Niseko Ski Lodge - Higashiyama

Super friendly staff made the stay exceptional, just like staying at a friends house. Highly recommended. All Niseko resorts a short drive away if you bring a car.

Quieter and closer to Annupuri. Niseko Grand Hirafu is way too busy and filled with tourists, so it was nice to be nestled away.

The space and layout is great, but it would look way nicer with some better decor and soft furnishing.

Accommodation was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a long stay in the snow. Location is convenient on the shuttle bus route, however make sure you do your shopping in advance as there are no nearby shops. Staff were amazing, friendly and very attentive to your needs. They had answers to all my questions and worked hard to find answers if they didn't know already. They even have a small and big bathtub to soak away your weary bones after a day on the slopes!

Kitchenette/kitchen use was staff only, which meant we were not able to cook our own meals. Eating out all the time can be expensive and convenience store food isn't very nutritious. Plan ahead and bring food that you can cook using only boiling water and a microwave and without pots and pans

Great value for the price, very basic lodge. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good. Location is just OK-you really need a car to avoid walking with your skis.

Weak wifi, small rooms

we took a little bigger room and we are satisfied. There was an option to have a breakfast, it was not as good as mentioned in the comments, but sufficient. The only down side it was not at 7, but starting later. Overall a good place to stay. 5 min walk to the Diamond Lodge with western meal options. Friendly stuff.
