Geräumige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Bushaltestelle direkt für der Haustür, es gibt günstige Tagestickets für zwei Personen. Betten bequem, Bad groß.

allerdings fehlten eine Utensilien zur Selbstverpflegung wie eine Pfanne, größerer Löffel und Messer.

Groß genug für 3-4 Personen. Gute Lage und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.

Leider war die Bettwäsche für das Schlafsofa unglaublich dreckig und wir konnten weder Kissen noch Decke benutzen. Voller Flecken und Haare. Haben unter Handtüchern geschlafen. Das Wasser im Bad wird nur sehr langsam warm und hält die Wärme auch nur für 2-3 min.

Lovely, comfortable stay. Communication with Samuel was excellent, and check-in was straightforward and hassle-free. There is free on-street parking available on the surrounding roads, and a bus stop with direct links into York just a minute from the accommodation. The beautifully restored working windmill (Holgate Mill) is also only a short walk away. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5-night stay. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Appartamento pulito e curato. Ottimo quartiere. Fermate bus vicinissime a casa. Proprietario molto gentile, risponde velocemente.

It was quiet, pleasant area, did manage to park down the road.

I think the flat needs a new lick of paint, lots of marks on walls and the bathroom door there is wood chipped out of the door frame. Curtains in the bedroom have make up or something on them. Had to ask for more cutlery as only 2 forks, 7 knives and 3 spoons. When u pour the kettle it goes everywhere. Alot of limescale in the kettle also. It said on the advert a dishwasher so bought tablets for it when we got there no dishwasher. It said there was a coffee machine didnt see that either. The mattress is to small for the bed frame. It said it looked over gardens all it looked over was the guys flat below and his rubbish and recycling no garden. It does say about being on the ground floor and accessible but there is 5 big steps to get up to the front door. Did find lounge dark , even with curtains open.

A szállás szép, tiszta, kényelmes és praktikus. Ideális az egész napos városnézés utáni feltöltődésre. A környék tiszta, rendezett. Busszal és gyalog is kiválóan megközelíthető a központból, távol a sűrűjétől, mégis közel. Alig néhány percre egy gyönyörű park, illetve egy szélmalom, amelynek látogatása tökéletes rövid program.

Great location, short walk to city centre, local takeaways a plenty. Very comfortable little appointment. Would highly recommend.
