Arrivare a mezzanotte e non trovare asciugamani unitamente a lenzuola sporche non è il massimo... Aggiungiamoci che nonostante fossimo al 12' piano i rumori del traffico erano assordanti .. l' ' hotel è ubicato in estrema periferia e con orari limitanti mezzi pubblcarenti e conobbligo

They don't provide cleaning service and they don't have 24x7 reception service. If your flight at night you will have issues in checkout since no one will be there.

Over all good but the employee at the desk down should be more helpful and welcoming tourist people as most of the gest is foreigners

I like this property for being clean, with a few nice amenities; however it was far from some of the tourist attractions and Grand Bazaar. The concierge desk was helpful, but our check-in wasn't a smooth one with a couple of hours delay to get our apartment ready which should've been ready by 3pm and it wasn't ready by 5:30. There was a trash left over in the apartment and the bed cover wasn't replaced. The bed sheet had a nasty stain on it and we had to request to get it replaced which was finely replaced the next day. Another issue with this and surrounding properties which are located outside of the city, it takes time to request a taxi and there is no metro near the property. Thank you!

The building itself was well-designed and the playground/garden area was nice. However, the services were very poor; shampoo was given as hand soap for instance. More importantly, the pool was gender specific which was NOT said ahead of time, and it was not available on Monday, which was also not communicated. It took 20-30 minutes to check-in for most people. Housekeeping left early, and then still didn't give us the sheet and towel (and soap) that we'd requested the next day. The dishwasher was not run either, and as there wasn't dish soap, we spent our time without many of the dishes avail able to us.

Great property, with great price. Customer service was amazing, felt welcomed. Property was clean and tidy, everything was amazing. Definitely would recommend!
