Grand Residence by NewInn

Grand residence is probably one of the cleanest and most beautiful hotels/ apartments I have ever stayed. The location of the hotel is very convenient for us, and it’s more ideal for those who have their own transport. However the bus stop is just opposite the hotel for public transport. The residence does not have their own restaurant. If you need food, you have to order a delivery, drive about 5 minutes to buy food, or go to the supermarket opposite the residence to shop and cook for yourself inside the apartment. Things to improve: 1- when we arrived the internet in our apartment was not working. I informed the receptionist, Mustapha, he gave us access to the other vacant apartment’s internet, and told me that he was going to report the issue to get it sorted. However, it was not sorted out until the third night of our stay, and only after I made multiple calls. 2- the toilet sit lid was broken, when we get to the apartment and we had to wait until the next day for a new sit to be installed. This could have been fixed before we check in. Despite those few things, I loved my stay at the residence, I felt very safe and everywhere I needed to go is not more than 25 minutes drive away from the hotel, including the airport. The place is super clean and very safe with spacious rooms with private fibre internet for each individual apartment. staff were very professional and friendly. I still recommend this residence and would stay again!

My stay was great. The place is clean and vey spacious. Open area with fresh air and a very good view regardless of which side the apartment is on. The place is very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. There’s a small supermarket, bakery, barber shop and coffee shop within two minutes of walking. I had rented a car so the distance between the city i.e The grand bazaar and these apartments is about 30 minutes not bad at all! The hotel staff were very helpful and speak multiple languages aside from Turkish. English, Arabic and Urdu. Check-in/check out was very easy. Mr. Zahoor made our stay very pleasant. He was extremely helpful, polite and super professional. Also, Mr. Mustafa was helpful and attended to everyone request we made immediately. I will stay here again.

money value, super deluxe apartment

what i really liked about this property was that it was away from the hustle and rash of Istanbul city. it was around 30 mins away from most of the attractions. i really liked that it was super peaceful and the area was great.

I will make a complaint against you as you told it is air condition residence but was not and was a terrible stay . I paid for air conditioned stay. I need you send me refund for this terrible stay because it was booked via your app.
