above everything, was the service of Mr Zohoor the receptionist. he helped us to find a person to show us the city and when I got sick he arranged for some one to help me to go to hospital after hours, simply most helpful

It is clean, quite relaxing place for family. Spend eight nights with family the atmosphere was great with a helpful front team. Zahoor, Mustapha and Kamal are always there to help you whenever you need help 24 /7. The place is quite far from most touristic attraction site and no restaurant around but cheap taxis ranging between € 10-15 are available and the front desk can help you get one. If you are looking for quite relaxing place then you won’t regret Grand Residence. What is guaranteed is Zahoor, Mustapha and Kamal will be on your side all the time because of them Grand residence will be my second home. To the management of the Grand residence take care of those gentlemen as they are the face of your business. Thanks you for your service and see you again in near future In Sha Allah.
