Firelite Lodge

The room was super comfortable and very clean. I loved that there was a fridge, sink and microwave. I had coffee and breakfast in the room before I went skiing each day. It is the best value on the North Shore. The checkin process is the best that they send you the info ahead of time and you use the code to get into the room. I will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and fine for a one night's stay

The advertised kitchenette turned out to be a microwave, a fridge, and a coffee machine. A few paper plates and plastic utensils, nothing else. You can't call that a kitchenette.

The room looked recently remodeled and was in excellent condition.

The online check-in was not very efficient.

-Room was cold when we entered, fireplace takes a long time to warm up the space

I’ve been staying in Southlake for years and years because I’ve been afraid of trying to find a spot that I enjoyed in Northlake, but that fear is no longer a factor. Firelite lodge is awesome. The staff was super helpful and the lodgings are great. Will definitely be back.

The gas fireplace is quiet. It takes some time to fully warmup the entire room but it was comfortable for the night. Room is also spacious.

They use contactless checkin - send the door passcode via text messages. I missed the first message. So I had to fill in the form, waiting for their reply, while waiting in the car in the parking lot.

Very friendly property maintenance worker.

The parking was not truck friendly. There is no room to park.

Really nice cozy rooms that are clean and comfortable.
