"An exceptional hotel"

This is possibly the best hotel we have had the pleasure to stay in. From the welcome drink on arrival, to the beautiful room with river views, exceptional breakfast buffet and the friendliness of all the staff we encountered. Would love to return in future…

"Beautiful hotel is a great location."

Location was amazing and perfect for us. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside, a bit funky and very well kept.

They automatically add a service charge for everything. The rooms do have tea / coffee facilities but no milk is provided. I phoned down for some and was told I would have to pay a room service charge for a tiny bit of milk. I did so as wanted it for my tea but I think it’s a bit much to be honest.
