Außerordentlich freundliches Personal. Angefangen beim Valet Parking über die Rezeption bis zum Frühstückservice. Für uns wurde ein late check out organisiert mit Zimmerwechsel für einen geringen Aufpreis. Vielen Dank dafür. Der beheizte Pool ist fantastisch. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer einzigartig. Die Lage am Douro sehr zentral und schön gelegen. Viele Portwein Kellereien in der näheren Umgebung.

Sehr luxuriös, extrem freundliches Personal, das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Das Hotel hat ein tolles Design. Die Hoteleigene Bar ist empfehlenswert. Auch für junge Paare sehr gut geeignet, die sich etwas gönnen möchten. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und 2 Meter breit, das fanden wir toll.
