Die Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut, da alle Auto und Reisebusse dort den Berg hochfahren müssen.

Der Pool war incl. Ausstattung spitze. Die Aussicht war einfach Klasse. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück und die Terrase war einfach klasse. Das Restaurantpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier und da etwas vergesslich.

Die nicht vorhandenen Raucherbereiche insbesondere am Pool und im Frühstücksterrassenbereich. Das Rezeptionspersonal war für ein 5 Sterne Haus nur duchschnittlich. Es fehlt die Persönliche Note damit meine ich das Interresse am Gast. Das Personal an der Bar war wenig aufmerksam (sofern vorhanden) insbesondere im Aussenbereich (Raucher).

Upscale and in meticulous condition. In Gaia region but loved the extra steps walking across the bridge to Porto. Put the view from Gaia side of Porto is picture perfect. Breakfast was excellent.

Super umfangreiches Frühstück. Total zentral am Douro gelegen mit reichlich tollen Restaurants (wurden auch vom Hotel empfohlen) in der Nähe.

Etwas mehr Bügel im Schrank und einen beleuchteten Schminkspiegel im Bad wäre wünschenswert.
