"Fantastisch"

Alles was perfect. Het begon al met de vriendelijke ontvangst bij het inchecken. We kregen een drankje aangeboden tijdens het wachten. De kamers zijn ruim en heel netjes met goede bedden. We hadden een kamer die uitkeek op de Douro en de oude stad. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en je kan kiezen om op het terras te ontbijten. De eerste avond hebben we gegeten in het restaurant en het was super lekker. Het zwembad is groot genoeg voor het hotel en is toegankelijk vanaf 7 u. De fitness is uitgerust met kwalitatieve toestellen. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om Porto en omgeving te verkennen.

"Perfect Break in Porto"

Location, location location. This my second visit to this hotel. Staff are very attentive and level of service is excellent. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. Plenty of choice. The trip to Douro Valley was excellent and organised by the hotel. So this a must if you choose to stay here! All in all a fantastic & relaxing 10 night stay and we were very sad to leave.

This hotel stay was alot busier than last year which did impact our time at the pool only one day as it was less relaxing and very busy. Apart from that we had a great stay and hope to be back again next year.

Great location, fancy design of the hotel. Inviting pool area with ample (very comfy) deckchairs. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall rather high-end, but you‘d expect that from a 5* property. Spacious rooms with an extremely comfy, massive bed!

Prices of poolside drinks make you remember you‘re in a high-end, 5* hotel (read: very pricy!). Gym a bit small but decent.
