Pessima esperienza! L'appartamento non è come dalle foto. Il bagno è impraticabile, piccolissimo, senza nessun supporto x appoggiare niente. Il piatto doccia è rovinato e c'è ruggine. C'erano capelli sulle piastrelle.

C'erano capelli sulle piastrelle. Lenzuola sporche. Ci diamo lamentati ma non sono state sostituite. Il secondo giorno siamo rimasti senza acqua calda. Da evitare!!!!!!

It was full of mold smell. After 30 mins I couldn't breathe because of my allergy for mold. It was my worst night ever, the host didn't want us to help.

Localização muito boa! Fácil acesso a tudo, bem central.

Me ligaram a noite falando que eu estava fazendo barulho, porém eu estava dormindo. Não foi responsável da parte deles fazer esse contato pois me acordou num momento de descanso. Deveriam verificar antes se realmente o barulho vinha do apartamento.

The apartment was very clean upon our arrival and looked exactly like in the pictures. It was quite cold in Madrid when we visited, so we were able to try the electric heating, which worked well. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Even when we encountered a problem, communication was easy. The location is excellent: it feels less touristy than the city centre, yet everything is still easily accessible. (+ To enter the building and the apartment, we had to use an app where we had previously uploaded our personal details. When we arrived, we noticed that the code provided in the app had more digits than the keypad on the door allowed. As a result, we had to call the company. Fortunately, the issue was resolved almost immediately and we received a new code. It was a bit frustrating, though, as it seemed the staff were already aware that the lock had been changed recently - this could have been prevented. That said, it didn’t affect my overall rating.)

In my opinion, the apartment is better suited for 2 guests rather than 4. The couch in the living room is acceptable, but when sleeping there, we could hear everything happening in the building. The bathroom is quite small and unfortunately had an unpleasant smell during our stay, even with the window open. It would have been nice to have a few coffee capsules, some salt, and a bit more toilet paper. We ended up buying extra and left some behind for the next guests. 🙂
