Funcionários muito simpáticos, localização excelente com uma vista deslumbrante sobre o Douro. Fiz uma refeição no hotel que estava bastante boa e bem servida. Piscina interior muito agradável.

Quarto muito quente. Limpeza deixa a desejar e nota-se pequenas marcas de desgaste nas instalações. Por vezes houve falta de coordenação entre o staff o que levou a que não pudéssemos jantar no hotel. Ficou aquém das expectativas por se tratar supostamente de um hotel de 5 estrelas. Voltava a repetir? Não
