Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Zona de Bar e Restaurante super acolhedora e com uma vista maravilhosa.

Hotel extremamente quente, com pouco ou nenhum ar condicionado. O quarto super quente, impossível de arrefecer mesmo com o ar condicionado sempre ligado e no máximo, pois não atingia o quarto todo. No restaurante foi servido o jantar que pedimos com condimentos acrescentados pelo chefe que não gostamos de todo, o que arruinou por completo a nossa refeição. Foi pedido um prato para o meu filhote de um ano com pouco sal ou nenhum, apenas cumpriram essa restrição para o bife, o arroz vinha super salgado, acabando por não ser comido por ele, claro. No geral, não achei que valesse as cinco estrelas, muito menos o valor que paguei pela estadia. Já estive em hotéis de três e quatro estrelas bem melhores!
