Virgin Hotels Nashville

We loved the live music, valet, roof top pool, the brisket tacos from the restaurant were amazing! The lounge area was decorated really nice for anniversary photos!

I’d like to start off with something positive. The valet men and women were outstanding. I remember Tyler because I asked his name, but everybody at the Valet stand was amazing. Also, the front desk staff went above and beyond when we had an issue and it had to be resolved, it took a little while, but they worked through it. All while being cool and collected. I believe the Bellman’s name is Dustin and that’s where things got a little strange. This particular person started following my significant other, he made her so uncomfortable that she didn’t want to go downstairs for coffee because he constantly followed her and was borderline inappropriate with her. She was concerned about saying something about it because we had to be there for six days, she stopped going downstairs unless it was absolutely necessary. He comes across as being overly helpful and then somewhere along the line crosses over into being creepy. Since he is the front of the hotel and one of the first people you come in contact with, it’s definitely problematic. It wasn’t brought to my attention until the end of our stay and I saw it firsthand because he wouldn’t leave us alone. I understand it’s his job to be helpful, but this was way too much and I can see why her comfort level was put in jeopardy. I have stayed at the virgin in Chicago and now in Nashville and I have to say location is great, but if women are feeling uncomfortable because of male employees, I believe this is something that needs to be addressed by management. I am 100% certain that this is not isolated. This is a behavior exhibited by people who do do this consistently.

Great experience at the Virgin! Excellent breakfast, comfy beds and wonderful service. They were even able to hold our bags after check out (thanks Jonathan!). We will be back!
