Wonderful hotel with excellent spa facilities! Friendly, attentive staff, always willing to help. Ate in the new Terra restaurant and although food was very good, the menu was a little confusing as it didn't explain that the main courses were for 2 people. We ordered 2 of them and this far too much. One meal was mostly wasted which ( at these prices) was an expensive mistake.

Beautiful parkland and excellent room and facilities - we enjoyed the spa and gym too. The gym was well supplied with machines and weights. All the staff were friendly and helpful and catered for a number of special requests. A shame we were there on a Monday night when the Orangery restaurant was not open as we would like to have tried it. Would definitely recommend.

Came for a night away with my mum as a belated birthday treat for her. From start to finish the stay was excellent. The standard of service from all the staff we encountered was amazing - super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Our room was nice and clean, and had a lovely view of the golf course from our patio doors. Spa was slightly difficult to locate as there is no sign that it is through the changing rooms, however the facilities are top tier. Nice little touch having complementary ice tea available next to the sauna, it’s definitely needed! We both also had a prescription facial which was absolutely my favourite part of our stay. The lady who performed my treatment (unfortunately didn’t catch her name!) was really friendly and she made me feel relaxed and taken care of. I came out feeling refreshed and my skin was glowing! Overall we had a fantastic time and we will definitely be returning!
