Best Western Plus Executive Residency Jackson Northeast

My visit started with a 15 minute wait to check in. I arrived at 5 p.m. and there were 7 people in front of me. When I got to my room, I noticed several things weren't clean. First, the lounge chair had a dried water stain on the seat. I need to call the front desk and when I lifted the headset it had some strange gel on it as did the phone itself. I had brought wine and upon examining a wine glass in the kitchen could see that it wasn't clean. The soap, shampoo and moisturizer were really nice as were the towels. The bed and pillows were nice. The kitchen was well stocked with useful items. In the room there was no regular coffee -- only decaf was offered. The breakfast in the main lobby had omelets, biscuits, link or patty sausage, cereals, boiled eggs, coffee and a nice waffemaker with mini-chocolate chips and walnuts for topping. There was real butter, which I appreciate. The breakfast was served until 9:30 a.m. on a weekday, which was more convenient for me.

Very clean, quiet, plenty of parking, walking distance to restaurants and grocery store.

Facilities excellent, breakfast adequate and room nice.

Bathtub slow draining, standing in dirty water. Mattress too firm.

The staff was welcoming, kind, and helpful. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was diverse, delicious, and filling. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

It was well lit, and safe. It was very clean, friendly staff, and the breakfast was delicious.

Opened in 2020 and is a great looking facility. Rooms are clean, spacious and well furnished. Great amenities and the breakfast choices were plentiful. Staff was quite helpful.
