The bed were comfy

Staff at nighy were not friendly just very Kurt and rude

The breakfast was great alot of choices and the loby and food area was very clean and update. Staff was great.

Person above us banged around a little and some construction going on next door but all in all stay was good.

Close and convenient to what we needed.

Indoor heated pool

Not enough towels by the pool

Pool, we loved the pool. You step into it and it was warm. We swam for 2 hrs. Breakfast was good but we think something may have been out dated cause my husband got very sick that afternoon and evening, Saturday and I woke up and ate Sunday and felt nauseous afterwards. Exercise room was excellent.

The bathtub drain plug was broke and full of hair. I told the front desk and they had the maintenance man come up and clean the hair out of the drain.

Calme

Convenient, clean, good breakfast selection.

The sound proof rooms, the breakfast was amazing, the housekeeper was very polite.

The stained chair in the room, visibly stained(filthy), the keurig didn't work, I told the hirl at the front desk, she said she would get it replaced and she didn't, she actually left,cause it was someone else (a guy) when I went back dwn to see if she had a replacement machine,I did see her the next morning, but I just said forget about it.
