The location of the hotel was wonderful and the decor was chic in the lobby. I loved the fireplace and cozy seating. There are several newly built fast-food and great sit down restaurants in the area. All staff members were very kind and attentive, from the cleaning crew to the front desk staff. Everyone was very affable and accommodating when issues were presented to the team. I had an issue with my lights not working in the room and the maintenance man was on site and he quickly fixed the problem. The room itself was very clean, comfortable and had beautiful modern touches. The star of the stay was the comfy bed and tasty breakfast buffet. The breakfast offerings were slightly different each day and they had a variety of cereal, fruit/fruit cups, waffles, and coffee that was a staple. The price of the stay was reasonable for the amenities on site. I'm grateful there weren't too many guests to fight over spots in the gym or pool. One desk worker was helping to break down the breakfast buffet and she was kind enough to let me snag a few apples to take up to my room b/c I forgot to grab them. Small gestures like this only lead to brand loyalty. The only downside was an issue with my internet that other guests didn't experience, we had to use a phone as a hot spot when watching shows. Also on the last day of my stay we were woken up by loud banging coming from a room nearby. It had to be hammering of some sort. It was over in less than 10 mins but it honestly was startling b/c it set off the fire alarm as well. One night I had to go retrieve something from my car after 10 pm. I had no clue that the main entrance doors would not accept my key card and that I would have to walk around to the back/side opposite entrance to enter. I think a sign should be posted so people know. These are some of the reasons I simply couldn't give the 5 day stay a 10.

We had trouble with the TV at first. but I looked out my window and saw Steve the maintenance man. I asked if he could fix it, and he followed me to our room and fixed it in a friendly yet professional manor. All of the staff were very sweet.
