They have cockroaches and it’s not clean

It was convenient location wise.

Dear [Hotel Management], I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which unfortunately was far below the expected standard. Upon arrival, I encountered several issues: • The bathtub had no water stopper, requiring me to call maintenance. • The lounging area had no lighting, which was reported but only scheduled to be addressed the following morning. • Most concerning, I discovered cockroaches in the room (Room 702) shortly after checking in. Despite reporting this to the night staff, I later woke to find the room infested with both medium and small cockroaches in multiple areas, including behind the bathroom door and on the floor. This situation was unacceptable and made me extremely uncomfortable. I contacted reception and requested to be moved to another room, as well as to shorten my stay. I was relocated to Room 206, but the experience remained disappointing, While I commend your staff for their professionalism and willingness to assist, the condition of the room was unacceptable and did not meet public health standards. The presence of cockroaches poses serious sanitary concerns, particularly for families with children. I request immediate resolution of the pending refund and urge management to address the sanitation issues at your property to prevent future guests from experiencing similar discomfort. I regret to say that based on my experience, I cannot recommend your hotel. I want my refund as discussed with management on duty. Shakirah the the front office manager stated she will get back to me since my last conversation on second of April and when I call to follow up on our discussion and email sent to her she is always not available or returns my call. Clearly the hotel management are aware of this issue on insects yet they avoid to fix the issue which results me to inform booking.com of what they’re partnered with an unsanitary environment for booking customers.

Everything. The room was tiny, infested with cockroaches and was filthy.

A casa de banho era limpa

As fotos não condizem com o alojamento. Chegamos e um dos quartos reservados já tinha um ocupante. Foi constrangedor abrir a porta e depararmos com alguém despido no quarto. As 4 camas tinham areia e os lençóis estavam sujos e manchados. Havia baratas num dos quartos. Noutro quarto havia uma infiltração e a água caía directamente na cama. Tivemos que sair depois de duas noites por falta de condições e não nos foi devolvido o dinheiro pelo resto dos 5 dias de estadia.
