Reception staff perfect 👌 and more than willing to help beyond

Hotel rooms had cocroaches bad smell,cleaning staff didn't clean like the 4 star hotel the look of the rooms is not what was advertised

"Not at all like the photos"

The hotel in photos seems nice. Upon arrival we were given a room that had already someone there. All the beds had sand in them and sheets had stains. There were cockroaches in one of the bedrooms. The penthouse room had a rooftop leakage directly to the bed. The noise from the street was unbearable.

"The hotel was convenient and comfortable and affordable, but not in a very safe area."

Did not have breakfast

The shower water landed on the slope of the bath, making it very precarious. The room was not as represented in photos Shampoo made my head itch and my hair feel like straw
