towels and sheets are clean

Not a clean room. Old/durty carpet. Mold in the bathroom.

Parkplatz war sehr praktisch. Der Park neben der Unterkunft war sehr schön.

Es war leider überaus schmutzig, inklusive tote Käfer im Zimmer und am Frühstückstisch. Das Zimmer war viel zu klein, neben einer lauten Strasse und beleuchtet von einer Strassenlaterne. Es hat durch das Fenster aufs Bett geregnet.

Linen was clean

Carpets were very worn. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Floor boards were extremely noisy

Hotel did not respond to messages before I arrived when I was considering an extra night. I completed check in online well in advance and gave a check in time of 15.00. When I arrived at 14.50 I had still received no info re door codes, room key etc. The door was locked. I rang the doorbell which said leave a message. I sent several messages on the chat app. All showed as seen by receiver. No response. I rang the phone number. Answerphone.A few minutes later I received a text asking me what I wanted. I replied I had been waiting outside for nearly an hour. A text came through with entry instructions and I was able to access my room. Breakfast was included but read the small print...cooked breakfast extra and needed to be ordered in advance. Next day I checked in to Travel Lodge. Not much more expensive and far better value for money.

We were not given an access code to get in the front door. The room was tiny and dirty. Throw the cushions in the bin-they are disgusting! Breakfast was ordinary. Very expensive and not worth it. Would not recommend.

Did not have breakfast,as had to attend nearby hospital appt for 7am. Comfortable.

The decor needs attention in room 1...I cleaned splats off walls cause it was annoying me. So cleaness needs improved.
