Posizione comoda, 15/20 Min con gli autobus per raggiungere il centro. Cameretta con letti comodi, fornita di tutto l'occorrente, semplice ma accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e i gestori ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per fare il self-check in. Consigliato a chi non è tanto sofisticato

Tiszta volt az ágynemű és szemben egy szép, nagy park van. De ezzel vége.....

A fürdőszoba a tisztántartás igyekezete ellenére kifejezetten taszító volt. Penészes a zuhanyajtó, a padló pereme mocskos. A szoba 4 főre nagyon szűkös, a szőnyeg itt is és a folyosón is rettentő kopot, gusztustalan. Vártuk, hogy tovább menjünk. :(

Comfortable bed, lovely staff, and great location

C’était le seul hôtel libre au moment où j’ai fait ma réservation. Il y a de quoi préparer des boissons chaudes dans la chambre.

La moquette dans les communs et dans la chambre est sale et tachée. Les coussins décoratifs sur les lits sont crasseux. Rien à voir avec les photos de couvre lits immaculés. Cet endroit pourrait être coquet mais malheureusement il mériterait une vraie rénovation. Le prix est clairement excessif. Après plusieurs mails de “pré enregistrement” dont le lien ne fonctionnait pas, je me suis retrouvée devant une porte fermée à l’heure où je me suis annoncée, à devoir appeler un numéro. La personne a fini par trouver la réservation et m’a envoyé le code d’accès par SMS.

La limpieza, nos encontramos varias arañas la primera noche y el radiador del baño estaba completamente lleno de polvo. Bastante desagradable.

Lo único destacable la ubicación

Pasamos calor, puede resultar gracioso pasar calor en Escocia pero así fue, no tienen climatización solo calefacción. La limpieza muy deficitaria tanto del baño como de la moqueta del suelo. Techo abuhardillado muy incómodo en el baño. Escasez de servicios

Onsite parking was extremely limited. Busy road. Convenient for taking the bus. Bed was comfortable. Room needs some TLC (paint, dusting/mold in bathroom). Difficult checking in if you can’t phone to be let in (out of country phone didn’t have calling in UK).

This review would have been a very different rating had the below things not been an issue. As far as the room itself went, it was basic but pretty clean apart from some dust thick dust on the ledges in the bathroom, but the shower cubicle, toilet, beds etc were fine. The room itself had a camp bed, single bed and double bed all of which were comfortable. A basic, but decent room for what was needed to sleep and shower.

The service. Absolutely diabolical. Messaged 8am on day of travel to ask about early check in / late check out. Sent the message via the chat on Booking.com and also via WhatsApp (they had sent me the message by WhatsApp for the card swipe details). Booking.com states that check in is 2pm, their check in form said 3pm. Train arrived at 11.20am, asked for early check in or being to drop the bags. By 3pm still had no response so headed there. When asking to complete the pre-check in form, it says once done you get a message with the code. This never arrived. On arrival rang the video doorbell and asked for the code. She said I would have got this via message, explained I had contacted them 3 times and no one had got back to me, she then just gave me the code straight away, no checking my name or anything, so anyone could have done that! I asked her how to get our keys and she said to go to reception. Went to reception, it was locked, rang the doorbell and no response. Found the keys hanging up on the wall with my full name on them. Not very secure. As far as communication from queries, as mentioend diabolical. Timeline went as follows for reference: 07:56 - Messaged asking about early checkin and late check out 07:58 - Issued a ticket number for query 08:44 - Asked to review the stay (even thought still not been or had an response to original message) 09:03 - Credit card authorisation processed 18:18 - Message from them (after we have already check in) saying to contact the front desk (closed) 18:24 - Messaged saying already checked in and nothing about late check out 18:27 - Issued another ticket number 23:45 - Message saying they regretted the exeperience had not met our expectations 23:47 - Asked again about late check out as no reply 23:50 - Another ticked issued 10:15 - Banging on door and told we had to check out in 15 mins (same for all rooms) 11:27 - Finally got a reply about late check out saying they see we had already checked out.
