Great location for access to restaurants and shopping. Wonderful view of ocean from viewing deck right outside of property. Really like the parking assist with only valet.

I was very disappointed to say the least! I paid close to $1000 for 1 night (including parking)!! I expected luxury, however, I got a small room with a view. No mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, or water!! The bathroom door did not stay closed, so no privacy either! I have stayed in Newport MANY times!! This was by far my worst experience, as it pertains to the hotel room, and lack of amenities! If you’re going to charge luxury prices, please follow through!

The Hotel is located in the center of the Newport shopping and restaurant district. The rooms are on the Newport Harbour and are both quiet and modern.

I asked twice to get the RI resident discount (25% off). We were in the timeline but were told that “sometimes the dates and guidelines change”. That made no sense. I also booked a standard room for three adults; it was $449 for a Thursday night and was extremely small…no fridge, one tiny trash can in the bathroom. It was completely ridiculous and over priced. When I questioned the price increase when other dates (same day though) were cheaper I was told “our nightly rates fluctuate”. So I would not recommend this hotel to anyone…it came across as scammy!

It was horrible. Overpriced and horrible for the value. No closet. Tiny rooms. Unfriendly staff. No amenities (other than a small gym) They literally don’t even give you filled water bottle in your room. They leave you an empty one with a note saying the water fountain is down the hall. Honestly this is the worst of the worst for an expensive hotel. I wouldn’t spend more than $300 a night here. Not worth it. I gave them internal feedback and no response. They don’t care about their guests.

Its pretty much the best location in Newport. Beautiful deck area out back. Lobby is very comfortable as well. Walking distance to everything! Room was immaculate! Definitely staying here again!

Excellent location, very nice and modern hotel, rooms are nice, but bathroom is very small and can have some improvements
