The young lady at the front desk was very hospitable.The room was clean. A nice and quiet area. Very convenient to stores and the Chesapeake City Park for entertainment.

Rooms are nice, but they could be a little bigger.. Laundry with no use of coins can be a hassle..

"Bad experience…. Never again"

Negative experience. Hotel was full and had to go to another location. Deposit was taken from acct and clerk wouldn’t refund money. Was forced to make a whole new reservation at another one of the InTown properties.
