Residence Inn Richmond Midtown/Glenside

I really liked staying here. We rented a 1 bedroom suite for one night. It had 2 beds in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa. It was perfect for our party of 5. More importantly, the hotel and room were clean and well-kept, so much so that I thought it was a new hotel. I learned that it had actually opened in 2019. That is still relatively new, but the level of cleanliness really made me comfortable. Since it's a Residence Inn, it had a nice kitchenette with wares and such. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was a good one. I was there for 3 nights (Birthday weekend). The staff was friendly and the Complimentary Breakfast was good. The area had plenty of restaurants around so you shouldn’t go hungry. Other guests were a bit loud which was understandable because everyone were celebrating something. My only complaint would be the parking.. A truck and a pickup truck each took up 4 parking spots. Overall I was satisfied…

Very clean, ample parking, nice looking lobby. Room very large

Our room was right above a basketball court where people were playing until at least 10 pm. Loud music in public areas, even outside. No lotion in bathroom. Very suburban location where you can’t walk to anything. We knew this but keep it in mind when booking. Trade off is free parking.
