Residence Inn Richmond Midtown/Glenside

I like this relatively new hotel a lot. The staff was friendly and helpful. It felt new and fresh with a trendy loft like vibe. Our king bed was comfy. It was quiet at night. We liked the kitchen, the sofa, and the desk area, and all of the open space. The large TV swiveled for multiple viewing angles. The full size fridge with freezer was clean but it made a bit of noise. We didn't use the large fold out bed. Some people may want a separation for privacy. The continental breakfast was above average. My wife came down after it closed and a staff person opened it back up for her. Kind! We asked for late checkout and the desk clerk gave it to us, no problem. A very nice experience overall.

Everything was great

Last 2 times I've stayed, refrigerator doesn't cool. Even adjusting to coldest setting does nothing.

A very nice property with inviting lobby, outdoor seating area, and a small bar in the dining room. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms are very spacious with a seperate dressing area between the beds and the bathroom. Plenty of space in the living area, 4-top dining table and fully equipped kitchen (refrigertor, electric cook top, dishwasher, & microwave).

Very friendly front desk staff. Room was very spacious, modern and very clean.
