"If travelers are bare bones, this is a fabulous bargain for downtown Boston."

Very clean. Excellent location. Nice to have amenities like hairdryer, iron, kitchen.

No hot water one morning. Boogers above upper bunk had not been cleaned!! Fridge not workingโ€ฆwe couldnโ€™t save leftover food.

Dommage. Trรจs trรจs bruyant, trรจs mal insonorisรฉ nous avons entendu des livraisons toutes la nuit, en plus de travaux pendant la nuit sur la rue. Nous estimons que aurions dรป รชtre avertis des travaux. Aucun rideau รฉtanche pour compenser le manque dโ€™insonorisation des fenรชtres. Sรฉrieux faut enlever les tapis, les lieux ont besoin de travaux.

"Disappointing in many ways but the location is perfect for me."

kitchen was well-appointed - except only 1 fork ?? Pillows were good. location is the best!! why I came back. I had asked to not be put on the 6th floor so I didn't have to do the stairs but they put me on the sixth floor anyway. Nicole Whitson was very gracious and apologetic and gave me a discount.

Iron but no ironing board. Bathroom faucet leaked. Shower water pressure was ridiculous - kept slowing down and when it started back up was only cold water. Bed had no box spring so mattress was too low for headboard and bed was way too low to ground. Window blinds were filthy and didn't work. Window was broken - wouldn't close. Bedside lamp wouldn't turn off but it didn't matter because it was too dim and ineffective for bedside reading. WIFI was sketchy and kept turning off.
