Place was clean, central and close to stations and interesting places to visit. Nice and quiet inside.

It was unclear how to get rid of trash and when I asked to leave my baggage because of a late plabe the 59 dollar asked is a bit much, but they did give me an useful alternative. A sort of table to enjoy somthing to eat wpould have been nice

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, tiene todo lo necesario para una muy buena estadía, es cómodo y perfecto para 4 personas. Además fueron muy amables con el acceso antes de la hora indicada, las indicaciones fueron claras. Lo recomiendo 100%

Location

I had a very disappointing experience. The main issue was that the room I was given was completely different from the one shown in the Booking photos. The listing showed a room with a queen bed, street view, large windows, plenty of natural light, a more open layout, and a larger bathroom with a bathtub. The room I actually received had bunk beds, a small bathroom with no ventilation, and a small window facing an internal shaft. Another issue was the difficulty accessing the property. There were three different access codes: one for the building entrance, another to enter the hotel, and a third to open the room door. This made the arrival process unnecessarily confusing and inconvenient. As soon as I got to the room, I contacted the property immediately, but communication was very difficult. The phones were not being answered, there was no WhatsApp, and I was only able to get a response through the platform chat. They asked for photos, so I had to send them by email and wait for a reply. In the end, they admitted the issue but said that changing rooms was not possible because the hotel was fully booked. They reserved a room for me that I am not even sure really exists, and the compensation offered was only 10%, which was almost insulting and completely disproportionate to the problem. I tried to resolve the issue, but they refused, claiming it was only a different bed configuration when in fact the entire room was different from what had been advertised.If I had seen the real photos of the place, I would never have made the reservation. Very bad experience. Another negative point was that the shower did not heat properly and the sink was quite dirty, which made the experience even worse. I only stayed because it was already late and I could not find another place to stay in time. I would not return, and I strongly recommend extra caution, as the photos do not match the actual room.

Ascensor estropeado sin avisar. Cuatro pisos de escalera. Sucio. Sofa roto y sucio. Persiana rota no se podia subir ni bajar. Bañera sucia y rota. Mucho ruido de motores externos toda la noche. Fuerte olor al tener una cocina al lado. Encima cobran 11$ por dejar las maletas en la habitación antes del checkin (2h antes) . Muy poca luz en el baño. Agua de la ducha o fría o hirviendo. Imposible regular. Nada recomendable además por 211$

Great location right next to commons.

There were some repairs that needed to be made such as painting, top bunk didn’t have a rail on one side and our TV didn’t work. The building was older but overall fine.
