Temple Place Suites

The location was great!

The elevator was not working and we were in fifth floor. We had zero notifications about it. We booked for 4 people and only provided us with bath towels for 3 people. Tv didn't work!

There was no breakfast (?) Good about getting codes and emails with information. Good location, and central in Boston, able to get transportation fairly easy. Close to everything we wanted to do. Fairly clean. Able to talk to someone fairly quick after our door key did not work on our second evening there.

Dirty/used towel behind door. Locked out and had to get a new key number second evening. Left early morning to catch a flight, 3:30 AM and a shifty young man was at our door, we did not feel safe. First night no sleep due to street noise, mainly a motorcycle with loud music and revving up his engine as loud as possible throughout the night.

Location is fantastic

The shower. Water temperature was not controllable. Water pressure not good. Very noisy in the early morning if the room is facing the street.

De locatie minden in Boston is op zich goed. Alleen je hebt de hele nacht wel geluid van buiten.

Het water voor de douche wordt niet warm de kou is er af maar me niet. Comfortabel douchen zit er niet in. Het appartement zat op de 4e verdieping, geen lift aanwezig, twee dagen heel veel trappen gelopen met een kuit blessure tot gevolg.

The location was amazing. The keyless entry was so convenient, and the instructions were very clear. The communication with the support staff through the app was quick, easy, and helpful. The room was quiet, I didn't hear any other people in the building.

The shower temperature was tricky to get right, and it was hard to shut off completely. A small bedside table would have been nice (I used the chair arm, which was sufficient but not great for glasses).
