The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the location is very convenient, check-in was very easy.

The shower temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold water, the shower pressure kept changing. We skipped showers on our second day. There were no hand towels, no towel for the bathmat / for wet feet, no washcloths for showering. Just a bath towel per person. The shampoo container was empty. The heater/AC unit was SO LOUD I couldn't sleep with it on even with ear plugs in, but Boston is cold at night in November. The bathroom faucet was leaking in 2 places: all over the vanity so we couldn't put anything on the vanity surface, and at the bottom so the bathroom floor was wet. Used the kitchen sink for tooth brushing. We didn't report this during our 2 night stay because we were out for the day from 7AM-9PM and didn't want anyone coming into the room while we're gone. If Temple Place Suites confirms that they fixed the faucet, provided hand towels, maybe replaced the AC then I could overlook the shower water temperature issues and rate the place a 7, just because of the price compared to hotels in the area, not because the place was a 7 out of 10.

Location, it was clean enough, ok for a one night stay. It was the only reasonably priced place we could find to get some sleep after our flight. Basic kitchen appliances.

Couch had stains on it and tile into bathroom undone which means if you are not careful you may stub your toe and possibly fracture it.
