Room doors were not secure or sound proof. Not private enough. All sliding doors and fly screens were very difficult to open due to tracks not being smooth

Schon beim öffnen der HaustĂŒre war der erste wow Effekt. Die Sicht aufs Meer, die Lage, die Einrichtung. Mit direktem Zugang zum Meer und in ein paar Minuten Zufluss am Sandstrand. Super sauber und sehr wohnlich.

"Nice house with gorgeous view but disappointing stay."

Lovely house in a beautiful location. Nice to have a base in Freycinet to explore. The house was spotless and was well supplied eg milk and water left in the fridge was a nice touch. There were some board games which was great.

There are 3 bedrooms, one master with beautiful view, and two secondary bedrooms, one double with same lovely view and a rather poky twin room overlooked by the neighbors and looking onto the driveway. When I arrived there was a sign on the bed in the nice second double room telling I couldn’t use it or there would be an extra charge. I booked a three bedroom house (at a high price) because I wanted to use 3 bedrooms. My older child had been promised the nice second bedroom with the view as they had been sharing hotel rooms up to this point. I rang and they said I could use the room but to leave the second bed in twin room untouched. I thought I had booked a 3 bedrooms house so honestly it made me feel unwelcome in the house. I can understand if you are a couple asking people not to use the other beds, but I had booked for 4 people , what if no one had wanted to share beds. Are we not entitled to use all 4 beds? Then the washing machine made our clothes stink and instead of enjoying my last day in Tasmania I had to go to the laundromat to try and rewash and dry the damp smelly clothes. These two things ruined the experience at this property for me.
