"Excellent customer service!"

I am writing this review to commend David at the front desk who prides himself on delivering excellent customer service. You can tell that he loves his job. He makes you feel welcome. The room has a very nice layout. Clean and comfortable. I will mention that the room had a stuffy and stale smell. Not sure what it was. But I did not mention it at the time of stay. All and all a good experience.

Stayed at Aloft for the first time on a work trip (the first of many to come), and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I checked in, David made the experience seamless—clearly walking me through the amenities, nearby dining options, and what to expect during my stay.
