Aloft by Marriott Mooresville

Great stay. Cute dog for adoption. Pool table and pool I didn’t use because I traveled on business. David at the front desk was very accommodating and nice! No restaurant. Just grab and go food. The oatmeal was good. There’s a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby.

It had a good vibe and esthetic.

I wasn't aware that I was going to be charged but then refunded once I checked out with no damages. Which is understandable but I was not made aware of this and it was embarrassing when my card declined at the hotel and if I had not been able to come up with another card at that time for them to charge I would have been screwed because my rooms were prepaid and non refundable and I am from Tennessee and would have been out of luck.

My aunt and I stayed a few days for a funeral. The trip was already hard on us, but Shenetra and David made us feel right at home. They were absolutely amazing and helped us immensely. Because of them we will definitely be staying here again if we come to town. Thank you both again!!

Nice place, close to a lot of restaurants, landscaping was in pretty bad shape

The front desk was very nice but the hotel was dirty. The shower was covered in hair and dirt, the floors were sticky & had human and dog hair all over them, toothpaste was on the walls & the toiletries were empty. I offered to clean it myself if someone e would bring up supplies but a housekeeper came with a vacuum that was barely picking anything up & reeked like dog. We ended up going to the store to get our own cleaning supplies to take care of it.

Excellent stay! 10/10

1. Maid service was poor. 2. Sink drain did not drain. 3. Maid left our room door ajar after emptying trash-never even got an apology. 4. Maid did not replenish toilet paper or Kleenex, did not make beds, etc. 5. The female bartender was fantastic. We most likely would never stay at an Aloft property again. Complained to the front desk who took my information and sai the manager would call me (Saturday afternoon). It is now almost noon on Monday and no call has been made. I would choose another hotel.

Booked Aloft on a quick turnaround trip. Was greeted warmly by Ms. Takierra. Check in was a breeze as the room and key were ready (I arrived after midnight). She politely informed me of some changes Marriott was implementing and how to be prepared for them. Room was clean, air was cold, water was hot. What more could you ask for!

Nice clean comfortable room. Internet connection was terrible which brought down the overall rating.
