We stayed in apartment 3. The property was perfect. Spotless, had everything we needed including utensils in kitchen etc, great location. Communication from staff were great and kept check everything was ok. Not far from the station about an 8 minute walk. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect for our needs. Nice big spacious bedrooms.

The TV didn’t work but it didn’t effect our stay.

The TLC support staff and maintenance guy were amazing, supportive and understanding, he worked for 2 hours to get the door opened, while the lass on support kept me company and made sure I was at least not left totally alone before the maintenance hero arrived.

The front door lock was broken (couldn't be opened at all) leaving me stuck outside in the cold and rain for 2 hours AT 3AM until the maintenance dude sorted ladders and climbed in the back window to open the door from the inside. Both him and the TLC staff were kind and understanding, however, the hotel owner/manager.. if I put my real thoughts I'd be banned. I understand nobody likes being woken at 3am but the simple fact is, it's her bloody job to be in cases like this. She flat out told me "what do you want me to do, it's 3am, it's not my problem" Yes it's bloody well is. Unbelievable shirking of responsibility as the manager of the place because she couldn't be bothered to get out of bed and let me in. Let me state again: If you own a hotel and your patrons are stuck outside at 3am in the rain, IT IS YOUR GOD DAMNED JOB TO COME AND SORT THE PROBLEM. This arrogant and snide piece of work just repeated it was my fault that I couldn't open the door, the absolute gall to offer to send me a video showing how to open a fn door, I was astounded at her rudeness. Again I would like to offer endless thanks to the two heroes who got themselves out of bed at 3am to sort the problem but as far as the POS owner of this "family run hotel" goes, I'd hate to be in her family if that's who she really is when push comes to shove. Its lucky that the maintenance hero woke up for a wee and saw the calls for support as the owner was literally happy to leave me on the doorstep at 3AM, has not called me or made any contact to apologise, or offer a refund. I hope this review stings and is a wake up call. I hope it means people do not chose this airbnb. Of they don't, what does she want me to do, it's a bad review, not my problem!

The location was very convenient and it was nice and clean

Firstly, the front door lock was loose and very difficult to enter. I had trouble every single time, to the extent my friend came back with me each time to check I wasn't locked out! Also, on arrival I couldn't get the tv to work which resulted in more calls, and I had trouble getting connected to the WiFi. The bathroom door wouldn't close which was ok as I was alone but might have been a problem.

Access instructions were sent via email which when followed were straightforward. There were no keys, the access code worked well. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. the kitchen was well equipped, although we only stayed one night and did not cook. Location was central and parking was free. The apartment was clean, imcluding the bathroom.

The front door definitely needs replacing. It is shabby and one wonders whether it can keep anyone out.

It was ideal for our needs and access wasn’t a problem. A quiet location with ample free parking.

The rooms themselves were clean and tidy but the access was a bit grungy.

Placement of apartment is quite good there is parking for car so perfect. Excelet original Italian pizza is 3min by walk, also near river with nice walk and park is also not that far away

Bed was too soft and lights from outside shining in during night so better curtains would be nice.
