The Myriad

I liked the size of the property and that there was a tv in each room with and ensuite.

The kitchen was over crowded with sofas and there was only two chairs for the kitchen table. It wasn't big enough for 4 people. Also it wasn't very clean. There was dust everywhere, remote controls were sticky, there was grime at the bottom of the shower tray and someone's nail was under the sideboard. The drawers were dusty and mouldy on the inside. And leading down the the property outside was dirty, unkept with sewage spilling out from the drain. The pole at the top of the stairs was an inconvenience a gate wouldve been better. As drug users kept coming down in an evening, as evidence was left behind. Someone tried out door a couple of times through our stay, which scared my kids.

They deducted from my deposit as they said because of condition of property, this is not acceptable

Stairs were a bit difficult upmto the property

The property was located close to the town centre. The bed was comfortable.

The property needed a good clean throughout and could do with being painted as there are a marks on the walls. The entrance hall and stairs leading up to the flat were untidy and definitely hadn't been hoovered for some time.
