Kazinga Wilderness Safari Camp

Nice, rusticate place, nice big rooms with open bathroom. Good food, very nice staff. For sure will come back again.

A lovely safari camp next to the Kazinga Canal and bordering the village. We had a wonderful opportunity to watch the village final football match and meet the villagers! At night the animals are very close and you can hear them all around! We had a herd of elephants right behind our tent and were loudly feasting on the bushes! A great, unsettling experience!

The prices for food on site were a bit expensive, but we had the option to go to the village near buy, even though we were lazy and did not go.

The staff has their own pace, disregarding our needs. For example, they took out our bags out of the room when we were still having breakfast. When we said we were not ready to check out and still had to pack our bags they just left our bags on the ground. When coming back to the room they removed the toiletpaper. We never felt so unwelcome. When the staff knows the cant earn any money with you the friendliness of Jerome and the head of hospitality fades away. When asking for tips and recommendations to Jerome he wouldnt give any. When we asked if he knew where the Lions where lying (which was just 10 min away from the camp). He said he knew and would show us the spot. But when the time came he asked 100 dollar otherwise he wouldnt show. In the end we just drove ourselves to the Lions.

Very helpful staff. The location is perfect for safaris. Very well done and large rooms. And just listen to the hippos walking around the area at night.

It's an amazing place in the nature!

The cabin was super cool. It has separated spaces for the bed , sanitary, and the shower . It was actually clean Highest finishings

Best place we stayed in Uganda

Beautiful true Safari! The hotel is located right on the edge of the park. There are animals walking in front of the restaurant - elephants, buffaloes, etc., and at night we were visited by hippos and hyenas. The accommodation is clean and thanks to the canvas walls you are directly connected to nature. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Great location for touring QENP and Kazinga Channel. Basic but clean. Local guide suggested by property was wonderful. Food was also great.
