Kazinga Wilderness Safari Camp

Nice locally owned place very conveniently located next to Kazinga Channel. We arrived a bit later than planned and the owner was very helpful in arranging a last minute community boat cruise for us. Loved the outdoor shower and lemongrass tea!

There was a pretty bad leak in our sink that the staff member who showed us to our room was somewhat dismissive of. Dinner (buffet style) was great but I thought a bit on the expensive side. Also I initially booked for the previous night but was asked to change to the next night as my original booking for was no longer available for some reason - luckily this worked with you schedule.

The food as the restaurant is not a la carte option but “buffet”. The price is really expensive 15$ for lunch per person and 18$ for the dinner per person. Moreover, the breakfast is not included in the price of room and you have to pay 8$ per person. We were disappointed about the customer care as the staff looks insincere (issue for paying the laundry with the staff at the restaurant) You cannot close your room as there are no keys.

Very nice and big rooms. The bathroom and shower are awesome. The staff is very friendly. The location is good to go to the most important entries to the national park and boot cruise.

Shower has low pressure and sometimes it's cold. The area has a invasion of flies. In the evening they bumb in your face and food. Dinner was buffet every day. Sometimes it was really late (start between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.) Costs for food and drinks are expensive. Lunch and dinner are between 15-18 USD p.p. You can easily double you bill by taking breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Bon hébergement meilleur qu’il n’y parait de l’extérieur. Grande chambre, propre avec terrasse. Ambiance conviviale et bon accueil. Les repas sont bien préparés quoique pas très copieux. La douche à l’extérieur top 👍

El personal que nos atendió fue maravilloso. Todos súper atentos. La ducha es súper original, pero no tiene techo y no hay agua caliente, que quizá a las 05:00am se agradecería. Camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio. El Bar-Restaurante es espectacular, estás en plena naturaleza. Mención especial para el chef y a todo el personal.
