On the plus side, the location was very good.

The room appeared to have been renovated a few years ago, but since then, it seems little to no maintenance has been done. The sink in the bathroom was in poor condition, and overall, the room did not meet our expectations. One of the towels was dirty, and we found a lot of black hair on the bed and table, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. Additionally, there was a strange, unpleasant smell in the room.

A szállás képeken sokkal minőségibben nézett ki mint élőben volt. Az eredetileg kapott szobánkban a fürdőszoba állapota szörnyű volt, ezt jeleztük a szállásadónak is aki másik szobát ajánlott fel az rendben volt. A szobák egyébként eléggé puritánok és nem igazán vannak karban tartva. Emiatt nem éreztük magunkat komfortosan.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in Bari und der Check-in verlief unkompliziert. Die Ansprechpartnerin war jederzeit schnell über WhatsApp erreichbar und hat sich bemüht, auf unsere Kritik zu reagieren und nachzubessern.

Ich reise viel und bin sicher nicht penibel – aber der Zustand des Zimmers war bei Ankunft leider inakzeptabel. Das Bett war nicht sauber (Haare, alte Kontaktlinse), die Matratzenauflage stark fleckig, das Bad unsauber (Haarbüschel in der Ecke), und im Schrank lagen fleckige Kissen Eine Toilettenbürste fehlte komplett. Auch nach der versprochenen Nachreinigung war das Zimmer nur oberflächlich verbessert. Für 110 € pro Nacht darf man mehr erwarten.

The elevator, the noie from renovation next dor, and the terrace, space for clothes almost non existent.

Great location in the center of the old town

From the pictures we misunderstood that this rooftop will have direct acces from our room while this is common for all 3 rooms. And it was much dustier than the pictures show, with dirty pillows. Poorly working airconditioning in the room and ants in the bathroom.
