Location was amazing in the old town, it was modern the rooms were large with comfortable beds. The rooftop was a fantastic place to hang out in the late afternoon when there was some shade. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The aircon was not powerful enough to cool the rooms when it was very hot outside, there was only one room with an extra fan which helped keep cool. The stairs are very narrow so the lift was essential to get cases up to the rooms. The rooftop terrace could do with a covered area for shade. The pillows were terrible, very hard!

Kind staff responding quickly to messages. Comfortable check-in at any time. The lift runs slowly, giving you more time for romantic kisses :) Don't worry, it arrives at destination. Perfect location!

Low Hygiene, hard pillows, mold smell, dirty dishes and kitchen tools, aunts in the room.

Location was amazing. Contact with Apulia accommodation manager was good. Room was modern but very basic.

We paid £125 a night which was not value for money. Small room. Decent shower but sink didn’t drain away easily. No servicing of room & then told in text to get rid of rubbish outside ourselves. TV aerial wasn’t working (half sized fuzzy picture) , electric point to one side of bed was falling off the wall, very dangerous. Air con was non existent & set to heat. Fan in room instead but still too hot. Hate to think how hot the room would be in the summer. Asked for additional pillows - not delivered but did find one in a drawer which was badly stained & had no pillow case. UGH! Curtains were torn. Safe didn’t work. Stairs to room were very narrow & lift is very slow.

Location was perfect in the old part of town. Everything was walkable and easy. Owner was very responsive to all questions.

Instructions were on point we got in very easily. Host was kind and informative. Location is amazing everything is walking distance away. The heating was a little bit weak but we did enjoyed our stay!

There was some coffee in the kitchen, but when it ran out, no one refilled it.

Very good location - in the very center of the old town. About 20 minutes on foot from the Central Station. Large and comfortable bed, very clean and tidy. Very good contact with the host.

The only downside was the rather high humidity in the room - you could smell it very strongly. We tried to turn on the radiator, but unfortunately it didn't work and it was a bit unpleasant to be in the humidity.
