location in old bari town. comfortable bed. upstairs roof excellent for smoking. comfortable bathroom

tv reception not good; no replacement of towels. kettle for coffee downstairs. lift very very slow

the location was in the old section but the street was crowded with loud people yelling constantly.

There was a loud sound like a car alarm, NON-STOP, from within the building It was torture. We had to leave the bathroom fan and room fan on constantly to sleep and not go crazy. The host was useless and dismissive, told us we could leave if we don't like it, no refund. The room was SO small, a prison cell. The bathroom garbage was left from the last guest, with disgusting things and blood spray on the bathroom wall. The bathroom also smelled horribly of mould. The kitchen is shared and that is not clear, we felt conned. If you like to have food and beer/wine, its all the way downstairs in a tiny shared fridge, you only hope it wont be stolen. Other guests are inconsiderate and pound down the stairs at 6am and wake you up. There were holes in the sheets and the pillow was 1 cm thick. We have stayed in dozens of other places in Italy over the years, this was the worst.

Spacious room in the heart of old town. It has an amazing terrace with sunset view. Non-contact check-in. It has everything you need, including an elevator.

Terrible maintenance and cleaning. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Felt disgusted by the dirt, hair pieces, mold, smell and ants. The hair dryer was broken and the drains at the sink and shower clogged. When I entered the building, I smelled mold and saw it. Full of mold on the stairs. In the room, there was mold on the floor in front of the shower booth and the room ceiling. They did not clean the floor and left garbage (plaster bags). They probably put cushions on the dirty floor while they were making the bed and put them back after making the bed so a piece of hair and dirt were left after I moved the cushions and there was an ant under the cushion. The ant started moving when I moved the cushion. I couldn’t use a hair dryer at the first night because it was broken. They gave me a replacement next day because I asked. Their AC is not like the normal AC. There’s not a remote controller. It’s attached to the room so you can’t really control the temperature. You can control the strengths. At the first night, I struggled to sleep because it was cold and hot back and forth. Every time I wanted to control it, I had to wake up and walk to the wall and change it on and off. I asked cleaning on the second day and after cleaning when I came back to the room, the toilet water was running and did not stop. Not sure if that’s the reason why but the toilet seat was full of water so I had to clean it. Saw 3 ants at the bed and dirt and hair pieces everywhere in the room. They don’t have storage for your luggage. Check out is by 10 am. At exact 10 am, they knock the door if you are still inside. They ask you not to leave garage in the room and if you leave garage, they might charge you they say. Not fair to the price at all. I felt very unhealthy to stay there. I do not recommend this place if you want to stay somewhere clean.
