Maybe its just the newest hotel in town

They dont clean the room unless you ask for it!! Seriously !! Free water at the reception is only for members !!! Seriously Far away from Any supermarket or fast food. Not providing a shuttle at least.

"Traveling to Carlsbad Caverns National Park"

Great place to stay just a few minutes to Carlsbad caverns. Super friendly hotel itself was very clean. Beds are comfortable and it was nice that they had a bar area that was open till 10 PM. If you’re going to the Carlsbad caverns, this is a very good place to stay in. Probably the best place in town. Room rates for very reasonable

My only complaint was that we were there for two nights and housekeeping did not come to the room after the first night to empty garbage and give us new towels. When I took the towels and washcloths to the housekeeper, she promptly gave us replacements but I had to seek her out after being away from the room for most of the day.

"Excellent Hotel visiting caverns in Carlsbad."

Very clean hotel, great staff, great breakfast with several warm/hot items. close to caverns which we went to see. Room was big. check in was smooth and great facilities...typical Hyatt. And inexpensive with free parking! Highly recommend it.
