"Great stop off"

Stopped here for one night and glad we did so. Huge storm arrived with us and the hotel was the perfect place to relax and wait for the storm to clear. Big room, great staff and unexpected but welcome delicious free breakfast. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or fitness room, but looked good.

"Great hotel for a visit to Carlsbad Caverns National Park"

We stayed at the Hyatt House for three nights in Room 327 while visiting Carlsbad Caverns National Park. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for longer stays. It featured a kitchenette, sofa, and kitchen island—great for remote work if needed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk, though fairly average. The hotel is conveniently located about 25 minutes from the park. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the area. Let me know if you'd like a more casual or more formal tone!
