Friendly staff, cleanest hotel iv stayed at in awhile rooms and lobby pool, excellent free breakfast onsite bar and restaurant was nice and gas grill if your up to cooking your own food on the patio would definitely stay again

"Driving through"

Nice place smelled good and was clean. I would go back if passing through. Parking lot was small but had extra unpaved parking for bigger vehicles.

I liked all things except one. See below

The breakfast was the worst I have ever had. The "eggs" didn't really seem like eggs at all. The waffles were rubber and the hash browns were mushy. Everything was wrong. We didn't even finish it and went somewhere else to eat. And we are NOT picky people and I do NOT leave bad reviews.

Hyatt House Carlsbad Carlsbad Bad customer service 1006480730 Not hot water at night, property manager not helpful that all, she thinks that customers make up issues to get refunds. Shame on Hilton properties for not training the property managers better. The options the front desk person offered were not the best for the situation at the time given

"Great end to a girls weekend"

Rooms pretty small for what you pay, and the pool could have used some cleaning, just leaves & crap in it. But other than that.. really beautiful property!! Ac blows cold, beds comfy! Good breakfast options & friendly staff :)
