"A great new place to stay in Carlsbad."

It seems this is a relatively new property. Even with the newness, the staff was well trained and everything seemed to be working. Loved everything about it. The breakfast was a pretty standard Hyatt breakfast.

"simple elegance and charm"

Beautiful hotel, we were all impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a clean, comfortable, and elegant room. We loved the location, just 20 minutes driving to the caverns and easy drive into town the other way.

Staff was great bar was great rooms were nice and comfortable

Restaurant wasn’t open either of the two nights we stayed which wasn’t a huge deal but we were hoping to eat there the second night we just went to the bar instead

Nice, new hotel. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The facilities were in nice condition. The room looked great but there was a smell of mold in the bathroom.

"Visiting Carlsbad Caverns"

Convenient for visiting Carlsbad Caverns. Our room had a king bed with a kitchenette, bed so comfortable. Breakfast option could be better, stayed at many Hyatts with better selections. Free laundry is a great perk, there were several washers & dryers that were newer! Many restaurants nearby, would stay again. Wished there was a hot tub.
