事前のリクエストをご配慮いただいたのですが　10泊の5日目深夜　部屋のTVの横の壁に5センチほどのヤモリが！ 守り神とは聞いていても、、、 スタッフが素手で退治してくれましたが　かなりの心の痛手でした 就寝時に苦手なエアコン無しにしたかったので陽射しのない部屋にしたのですが　エアコンと電気をつけて寝ました。 大型ホテルなので朝食レストランもダイナミック　料理の補充も欠かさずでした 団体客も多数いたのですが 時間をずらせば混雑も緩和されました

"Was a really good location and the pool was great. Room wasnt that clean and shower was leaking"

Good facilities

Our shower was leaking through to the bedroom so the floor was wet. We didnt have hot water so our shower was pretty cold. We asked to be moved to another room but didnt get one as we had already cleaned the water on the floor.

"Top star hotel in the middle of Nha Trang!"

Super big hotel Big room Big hall, can relax Around 40 floors, to access the pool you need to use lift B, lift A only gets to 25th floor and switch Rooftop is WOW Great afro house music Pool view on all Nha Trang

It is a very very busy hotel, so many people Hotel customers are mainly russians, and korean/chinese Pool is always packed, impossible to find a bed seat

전반적으로 꽤 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 어린이가 있어 엑스트라베드를 요청하니 방이 작아 안된다하여 방을 업그레이드했네요. 설명에 킹사이즈베드라고 되어있었는데 킹보단 좀 작은듯했거든요. 제돈주고 업그레이드가 좀 마음이 아팠지만 디스카운트는 해줬습니다. 시내 접근성좋고 조식도 만족스러웠네요.
